Why do I often get UTI's?

I agree with the answer above. You have not had 3 infections this month. You have only had one. Since you only took meds for a couple days, the infection never went away completely. When you are diagnosed with an infection and you are given antibiotics, you MUST finish the ENTIRE course of medication to make sure the infection is cured. Although you may start to feel better before you finish taking the meds, if you do not take the entire course of meds, leftover bacteria will continue to cause problems. If left untreated, or if not treated properly, UTI can spread and cause kidney damage. You need to see a doctor, and take the entire course of medication your doctor prescribes.
