Should i go to the er?

I think I may have a uti. ATM I'm extremely uncomfortable, I feel like I have to pee when I really don't, and I'm getting cramps I am 30 weeks pregnant. This has been going on for a couple days and its really starting to get annoying. I can't get into my doctors until the 7th. What would you do?
