Hormone Imbalance or something more serious?

I had clear foul odor discharge from my vagina for some months well and i decided one day to go to the ER when i missed my period and started bleeding for no reason..they ran some test and it came back positive for chlamydia i got treated for it but now am experiencing brown and red discharges. what might be the cause of this. has this happen to anyone else? (this is all in time line of 1-2months after going to the ER)
