What if the food does not taste good?

I had the same experience with a Chinese Restaurant in my town. Consider the $15 a sunk cost, and do not continue to attend the restaurant. If enough people stop eating there, The current owners will be forced to either close down or sell it to someone else, who, in all probability, will have better recipies. Go ahead and try it again if that happens, but try another dish.
