I am 34 year old age married man has a nosebleed and how to prevent it?

I am working as IT proffession as desk job from last 3 weeks had every day thrice hot milk or tea or coffee at office hours.Recently last two weeks weather has changed totally to winter and last two days heavy raining as well.And I am feeling cold instead of wearing leather jacket. We use heater at home all the day and hot water for the bath. I am living single right now.
