What's an ideal diet to build muscle and lose belly fat?

I'm 20 and i'm aiming to lose my belly fat while building muscle. I weight around 71 kgs. I've started going to the gym about thrice a week(every alternate day) Now what's the ideal diet i need to follow to lose my belly fat? I lift weights and do cardio too.
