Last night I abused her!!?

I was having relation with a Good girl for 3years n 3 months. she ditched me for other guy. When I tried to make her understand she insulted me thrice in front of her friends. Last night I abused her coz i was feeling very low. she broken up my trust. I abused with very wrong words. I know i should have not done it by abusing a gal. Should I feel regret for it. if yes, how should i apologize??
