Lacrosse rules for girl at high school level?

I have only played lacrosse for a year now and i'm still learning about the rules. I know many of them from playing but as a team we never look at a rule book. I'm one of the captain's for next year. I want to put to get a hand book for the new players. My team has a lot of girls that have never play before. Last year i was one of them. I want help them learn it easy er. So if you could help me!!! Or give me any tips... thank youu
