I am unsure if I am pregnant?

Please help me I am very confused. I took 5 pregnancy tests yesterday && they were all positive. But I went to this free place that gives you tests and that test was negative so I went out && bought a E.P.T. the best test to get. It was also positive. I also started my period today but it runs in my family to have a period while pregnant. I have called around to find a doctor but they won't let me in without medical insurance. && the ER won't do pregnancy tests. I really don't know what to do && I'm scared that if I am my baby isn't getting the proper care that it needs.
