How do u deal with annoying braggarts?

I recently brought a home in a community and everything seem good except one thing.My annoying neighbor.The problem with her is she is a BRAGGART and a big one at that.I try to avoid her but she makes it a point to come to my home almost every week and brags and brags non stop.She talks about how pretty and thin she is and how she goes for vacations almost twice or thrice a year and how amazing her kids are and also how she is better than everyone else.I have never really encountered anyone this worse till now in my life..I can even tolerate that but I also understood that she hates it if anyone else around her talks about their gym,kids etc even normally.I find her bragging to be a bit too much.How do i deal with a person like this ?The problem is we have a lot of community parties and she attends every one of them.
